Born and raised in suburban Philadelphia, Mark grew up listening to R&B, 60's Pop-Rock, Folk and Country. As a drummer and guitarist, he backed local performers in clubs along the Jersey Shore, establishing himself as an accomplished singer-songwriter before setting out for Nashville.

​

After a brief stint in Music City, he moved on to Los Angeles, where he ran his own recording studio working with local songwriters and singers. It is there he experimented with movie-making and stage shows before embarking on a solo career as an indie recording artist.

 

He continues to write, record, release and perform his original music to audiences worldwide.

​

His song 'Rockin The Country' sung by Grammy-Award Winner Faith Rivera was used in the Lifetime Network movie 'Escape From Polygamy'. His upcoming single 'AMERICAN DREAMERS' was produced by Stacy Hogan [Lady Antebellum, Emmylou Harris, Linda Davis].

His mentors include Marty Dodson [Hit singles for Carrie Underwood, Oak Ridge Boys, Kenny Chesney] and Clay Mills [Hit singles for Diamond Rio, Darius Rucker and Trisha Yearwood.]

Mark is a member of BMI, ASCAP and the Nashville Songwriters Association.
